Energio is an Energy Services Company (ESCO) specialized in the integration of different technologies, offering the best available product for every project. From the initial engineering studies to maintenance services and certification. We carry out an energy audit, based on an in-depth analysis which provides a clear scenario of the current installation. This allows to evaluate the different options and savings opportunities, as well as improvements in efficiency and diversification of energy which reduces the energy costs. We plan and structure an Energy Efficiency Plan in which we identify the different Energy Saving Measures (ESMs) to implement and reduce the energy consumption.

The identification of the Energy Saving Measures (ESMs) that are proposed to a client are the final objective of the Energy Audit carried out by Energio. These measures can be undertaken in a turn-key manner, individually or gradually, and the implementation of them guarantee energy savings that pays off the required investment in a short period of time. Energio offers a technology leasing model which allows to execute the necessary ESMs to obtain savings and assure the return of the investment based on the savings model implemented, through an equipment lease contract type.
